Welcome to Crickleague. This page should be read carefully. The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Crickleague website and mobile application (collectively, "the Website"). The following terms apply if you use the website. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the website. 'Crickleague' is the primary brand of 'Securemaster Enterprises Private Limited'.

How Crickleague Can Be Used Efficiently

Each user of this website ("User"), as well as those accessing its facilities ("Facilities/Services"), as well as all participants in the competitions and contests that will be conducted on the website ("Competition/Contests") shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any other rules, regulations, or terms provided by the website regarding the Facility(es) in question.

An adjustment to the program

When using this website, the user accepts the terms, conditions, rules, and regulations stated herein or provided by Crickleague. You can change or amend your Terms and Conditions by posting a notice on your account or by emailing your registered email address.

A user should inform Crickleague that he or she does not accept amended Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, and terms of use referred to herein or provided by Crickleague. By not taking action within the time specified in the email or Notification, any modified Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, or terms of use will be deemed accepted by the user. There may also be additional rules and regulations that apply to the use of certain facilities provided by Crickleague. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail over any additional conditions set forth.

Crickleague has absolute and sole authority to

  • To restrict, cancel, or suspend any User's access to the website or any parts of it.
  • Changing, suspending, or discontinuing the Facilities Services.
  • Remove, reject or move any material submitted by a User.
  • Delete or move any content available on the website.
  • Deactivate or delete the user's account and all its contents.
  • Establish general practices and limitations for using the website.
  • Update or add the roster of players available for selection in a Contest in light of revisions to the rosters of players involved in the relevant Sports Event and any further modifications resulting from necessity.
  • Transfer its rights and liabilities under these Terms and Conditions to any entity (post-notification to all Users by email ids).

  • Participants must be over the age of 18 to be eligible for the contest (s).
  • The contest (s) are only open to Indians currently residing in the country. Crickleague reserves the right to ban people who live in some Indian states from participating based on state laws.
  • Currently Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana residents have no chance of joining the paid version of the contest because their laws don't allow people to play skill games that charge a fee to enter.
  • Participants can only win real cash in the contest if they register on the website in accordance with the process outlined above before each match.

An Infringement

Crickleague may suspend, cancel or restrict access to any or all of the website's facilities or services if it reasonably believes that any User has breached these Terms and Conditions. Crickleague may take any technical steps necessary at its sole and absolute discretion to deactivate or delete an account, delete the user's content posted on the website, or remove such user from the website at its sole and absolute discretion. If Crickleague charges a fee (if any) for any of its Facilities/Services, the website will refund that fee if Crickleague suspends or removes the user's account or website and its Facilities in a negligent manner.

Intellectual Property

The website is protected by copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights ("Rights") owned and controlled by it and its associates. Please note that these rights are reserved. As long as the website does not specify otherwise:

Crickleague owns the intellectual property rights to all software underlying the website and its services, as well as all material on the website, including games, contests, software, ads, written content, graphics, images, illustrations, trademarks, logos, audio or video clippings, and Flash animation, etc.), and/or its partners, licensors and/or associates, as stated in the website's Copyright Information.   • In this agreement, Crickleague and its affiliates, partners, licensors, and associates are granted a royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide licence to reproduce, adapt, distribute, perform, display, transmit, transfer, perform, and/or publish Users Content for any of the following purposes: displaying User Content on the Website, distributing Users Content through a variety of media to other Users seeking to obtain it, and/or storing Users Content in a remote database accessible by end users, for a charge.
  • Users Content may be distributed and stored in any form, medium, or technology.
  • In the Websites, all names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights belonging to individuals, entities, or third parties are recognized as proprietary. Any claims, disputes, or issues relating to these names, logos, marks, labels, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual and proprietary rights must be addressed to the respective parties under notice to Crickleague.

Third-Party Sites, Products, And Services

This website may include links to the websites of other parties. The usage of any of these sites is governed by the terms listed on each site. Crickleague has no control over websites outside of the website and cannot be held liable for their content.

By including third-party content on Crickleague or providing links to third-party websites on the Internet, Crickleague does not endorse those sites.

Correspondence, transactions, and other interactions between a user and a third party, including payment and verification service providers, are purely between the user and the third party. Any inquiries, complaints, or claims regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the respective seller.

The website contains its own original content. Crickleague is not responsible for the accuracy, integrity, or quality of third-party content, and the user may not rely on such content when using the Facilities on the website, including entering any contests sponsored by Crickleague.

Behaviour

By using this website, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions as well as all other applicable rules, laws, and guidelines. Crickleague reserves the right to take any required corrective action, including but not limited to restricting, suspending, or terminating any User's access to the entire website, at its sole discretion.

Without Crickleague express written approval, users may not alter any files or software that are a part of the Website Facilities. Users undertake to refrain from actions and messages that are vulgar, offensive, defamatory, racist, communal, or anti-national in character. Users of Crickleague are permitted to comply with any government, court, or law enforcement requests or mandates regarding their use of the website.

Users agree not to access, monitor, or copy any portion of the site using any automated means, including but not limited to robots, scripts, or spiders. The use of this website is subject to all applicable laws and legal procedures.

Links To Other Websites And Advertisements

There are also links to other websites on Crickleague. The concerned websites have their own privacy policies, which are distinct from ours. If the privacy policies of any of these sites cannot be located on the homepage, the user may contact the site directly.

Our online advertisers are provided with aggregated statistics on visits to various sections of our website whenever information is presented to assist them in understanding our audience and confirming the value of advertising on our website.

Third-party advertisers serve advertisements on our websites. Advertising businesses may use information (other than your name, address, email address, and telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites to target advertisements based on your interests and demographics. There may or may not be a lot of fraudulent emails, websites, blogs, etc., circulating on the Internet that falsely claims to be affiliated with Crickleague.

Occasionally, emails, websites, blogs, etc. will require a login name, password, etc., or claim that the recipient has won a contest/received a present, provided a means to commit an illegal or unauthorized act or deed, or request extensive personal information. The origins, contents, and associated materials of these emails, websites, blogs, etc., are unaffiliated with our business. To safeguard your privacy, you are highly discouraged from responding to emails or using blogs, websites, etc.

Registration

Participants must accurately supply the following information to register for the contest (s):

  • Full Name.
  • Team Title (s).
  • Email Account Password.
  • State of Habitual.
  • Gender.
  • Country of Residence.
  • Age.
  • Education at a university.
  • All participants must attest that they have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions.
  • Suppose the participant lives in a state that prohibits sake games. In such instances, the participant is ineligible to compete.

Fantasy Point Tabulation

It is feasible for Crickleague to get the score feed and other data necessary for calculating and tabulating fantasy points from third-party service providers. Crickleague will strive to correct any error in point calculation or winner selection caused by inaccurate feeds given by third-party service providers as soon as feasible; nevertheless, Crickleague will not be held liable for any annoyance caused even after correction. In addition, Users agree not to submit any objections or claims about the aforementioned topic.

Reaching Out To Winners

Winners will be contacted via the email provided during registration by Crickleague or by a third party running the contest. The Winners will then be given a thorough explanation of the verification procedure and the paperwork needed to receive their winnings. In general, winners must submit the following paperwork:

  • Copy of the user's voter ID card or PAN card.
  • A photocopy of a residence permit granted by the government.
  • Information about the user's bank account and evidence of it.

The Winner will not be authorized to withdraw his or her prize or any accrued wins if the aforementioned documents are not received and validated within the time frame specified by Crickleague. The user represents and declares that the papers they submit are authentic copies of the original documents as part of the verification procedure.

Participants must fill out the registration form completely and accurately. The website Crickleague disclaims all liability for any communications errors, omissions, or commissions, including those of the Participants, which may prevent the Winner from learning the results.

The Winners list will be published on a different website page. An email will also be used to notify the winners. A participant should get in touch with Crickleague within the time frame given on the web page if they have been identified as a Winner on the webpage above but have not yet heard from Crickleague.

All prizes have a 365-day validity period. The money will expire if it is not withdrawn or used within the validity period. The validity period for winnings on non-KYC accounts is 180 days. If the money isn't withdrawn within that window, it will be lost.

Miscellaneous

Crickleague is not responsible for transporting or packaging real cash to winners. Participants who violate the Indian Majority Act or other laws may be disqualified and forfeit prize money if they play the paid contest formats. Real cash can't be transferred or refunded.

Advertising

The Crickleague and its affiliates have the right to use the Winner's name, likeness, voice, and comments in any media worldwide for marketing and advertising purposes without further consent or compensation. Also, the Winners agree to make themselves available free of charge for promotional purposes at the request of Crickleague.

Dispute Resolution

Whatever the nature of the dispute, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over, or related to, the Amusement Facilities/Services provided by Crickleague, including the contest (s), the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the user (s), including the Participants, or Crickleague, as well as the exclusive jurisdiction to grant injunctive relief.

All such issues and questions are governed and construed by the law of the Republic of India.

The party who raises a dispute (which can be a legal question or issue) must notify the other party in writing ("Notification").

Suppose the parties are unable to reach an agreement within fifteen (15) days of receiving the Notification. In that case, the dispute shall be brought before the Courts of the jurisdiction stipulated in the Notification.

Crickleague is not restricted from seeking and obtaining interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief by these Terms and Conditions or any other relief available to safeguard its interests before, during, or after the filing of arbitration proceedings or before the execution of any award or decision resulting from such arbitration proceedings by any court with jurisdiction.

Crickleague is not waiving its right to seek equitable or injunctive relief through this arbitration process.

Limitations Of Liability

Crickleague don't make any express or implied representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the Promotion, and aren't responsible for:

  • Information that is inaccurate, regardless of whether it is caused by Users, printing errors, or equipment, hardware, software, or programming used for the Promotion.
  • Failures due to technical issues, such as malfunctions, disruptions, or disconnections related to communication lines, networks, or software and hardware.
  • Disruptions caused by digital or electronic devices, such as viruses.
  • An unauthorized human intervention, for example, hacking.
  • Errors relating to human or technical nature that may occur during the Promotion.
  • During the Promotion, an entrant is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from accessing, copying, or downloading any materials from the website or any other website or using any gifts.
