Responsible Play Policy

Take responsibility for your actions!

At Crickleague, we respect our users/players and encourage them to play responsibly. Taking precautions to keep our users/players away from unpleasant situations that may arise during the 'game of skill' is one of the many things that Crickleague takes pride in providing to its users/players. Our committed team alerts users if we find signs of addiction or compulsive behavior.

As part of our commitment to playing responsibly, we've taken the following steps:

Safeguarding the environment:

Everyone has a different financial situation. Our transaction limits have been raised to benefit our customers' safety and security. To protect your financial information, all Crickleague customers are subject to a cap of ₹10,000 on the amount that can be added in one transaction. We have also increased our transaction limits to accommodate different economic conditions.

Decisions you can trust:

We aim to empower clients by giving them as much information as possible regarding their investments and trades. All our recommendations are tailored to the users' needs, risk appetite, and risk profile. This ensures they have instant access to real-time data about their losses, allowing them to make informed decisions.

A better way to manage time:

Our timeout feature allows you to go offline for 1–7 days after spending a certain amount of time playing contests. While practice contests will remain available during this time, you will not be able to join any games that require a pay-to-participate. As champions, they need to rest every once in a while and not overwork themselves. Who doesn't enjoy having some extra free time during the day?

Follow the regulations:

You must be eligible to participate in paid contests on Crickleague. Players under 18 years of age and residents of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or Karnataka may participate only in practice contests. On our platform, we maintain fair play by actively preventing collusion. We ensure that our users' privacy information and security features are protected using remarkable encryption techniques.

Playing responsibly: A guide

Online players sometimes don't realize it's getting out of hand. Most people cut down, hide, or deny such problems. Some lie to themselves about how much time or money they spend playing online.

To help you play responsibly, here are a few best practices:

  • Fair play is the only rule.
  • Make sure you don't play to make money.
  • Playing should never be accompanied by running after your losses.
  • Don't forget to budget for entertainment.
  • Keep a record of your spending and track your time.
  • Don't spend all your time playing fantasy sports.
  • Assess your ability to play dependably.

Important:This game may be an enjoyable pastime but can also be addictive or financially risky. We encourage players always to play responsibly and within their limits to ensure a positive experience. If you need assistance, our support team is here to help; please do not hesitate to contact us anytime.
