The Crickleague refund and cancellation policy states that any amount we add to your Crickleague account can't be refunded back to you, and you can use the excess amount to participate in the leagues, fun features, and contests organized by Crickleague.

The services and features provided by Crickleague cannot be Cancelled by users.The services and enjoyable functions provided by Crickleague cannot be Cancelled by users. Crickleague may, however, allow any user to cancel a transaction and refund the transaction amount paid by the user at its sole and absolute discretion if the user sends a written request to Crickleague from the registered email address to cancel the such payment.

Crickleague reserves the right to refund the transaction amount to the user after deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes at its sole and absolute discretion. The users should also take note of the additional terms and conditions that govern the transaction during the transaction process.

The additional terms and conditions associated with transactions shall prevail over the current Terms and Conditions, if they are inconsistent with the clauses in the additional terms and conditions.

The refund will only apply to the amount used to join a league and will be credited to the wallet source of the website Crickleague. Users who join paid leagues are refunded their joined fees if the match is Cancelled due to an unexpected circumstance.
